Two business schools will be working with Pearson PLC to create this “wooki” (I have no idea if that’s a term but I figure it works for a book that’s a wiki). Perhaps unsurprisingly, the content will be about web 2.0 applications in the business world. Will this be the future of publishing? There are some advantages to creating a book as a wiki – constant updates, which are important in the business world, could be done quickly and cheaply. Presumably, such a wooki would not be open for public editing. Oh, did I mention that there is a fee for this too?
